Here’s a snippet of some of our latest completed works…

 

 

We’ve completed a tricky job recently the Portmeirion Pottery factory, in Stoke on Trent.  The ‘slip house’ area was in need of a refurbishment before the installation of new equipment. Being a 24/7 factory, we had to carefully plan the works to ensure that the clients daily processes were not interrupted and their product was not contaminated in any way. Due to the ‘irregular’ shapes of the walls and the large amount of existing wall mounted services, we first had to line the walls with metal studwork before applying a combination of 10 mm thick and 2.5 mm thick hygienic PVC wall panels.  Aluminium chequer plate was then fitted over the lower section of the PVC wall cladding to provide extra protection. 

 

At the SpARC Leisure Centre in Bishops Castle, Shropshire we installed new Altro Marine safety flooring and our HFS Ultima Aspen white PVC wall cladding to an accessible shower room. Work was needed as previous finishes had failed and water ingression was damaging the fabric of the building. With properly applied finishes, this room will now give trouble free service for many years to come.

 

We’ve recently completed work at a brand new fun centre, located at Dakota Business Park in Burscough. We installed approximately 250m2 of HFS Ultima Aspen white PVC wall cladding in 2 kitchens, as well as in an ice cream parlour on 2 levels. Work was completed over 3 days and in good time for their opening.

 

We’ve recently completed another installation of Bofloor Bofix heavy duty commercial flooring to the back of house areas in a central London Hotel. This is our 4th installation of this product in a number of properties managed by the hotel group. Works were completed in 3 days, and all current Government guidelines were followed for safe working practices. Before and after pictures follow:

 

And finally, for now, we revisit our friends at the Cheshire Ice Cream Farm in Tattenhall, near Chester recently, where four years ago we installed our Bofloor Bofix GL tiles into a heavy traffic production area. Four years on and they still look as good as new and standing up well to everything that the fork lift trucks can throw at them.
