A job completed recently was at our local Village Hall in Waverton, where we helped with the kitchen refurbishment. -We’ve been doing some ongoing work for a school and upgrading a large changing room & shower area recently. All works are now ready for the final touches before they re-open after the Easter break. Our Aspen White PVC wall cladding has been installed to both areas, along with Polyflor Polysafe vinyl flooring in Nordic Grey, plus resin flooring to the shower area.
-Dogs 4 Rescue is a small, independent dog sanctuary in Manchester, with a unique ‘cage-free’ rescue approach. They recently put out an appeal for help with flooring in the rooms specifically for their disabled dogs, so, naturally, our HFS hero Richard got in touch & we provided off cuts of a vet grade flooring, plus a contractor (hero James) to fit the flooring in the dogs’ stove room. We also fitted the stove kitchen which they already had received donated flooring for, but no-one able to professionally seal it. -Works at a new Food Production unit in Chester are almost finished, and the client is starting to move in. Our scope of works included creation of new partition walls, which we then covered with HFS Ultima PVC wall cladding. We’ve also installed new suspended ceilings, together with LED lighting panels. All plumbing & electrical services have been completed, along with new drainage & drainage channels. New resin & vinyl flooring has been fitted throughout, and finally we’ve installed new doors and internal windows. Take a look below at some images of the work so far.
-Our friends at Mobberley Brewhouse liked our previous work, we’ve been back – this time at their new production establishment. We’ve recently supplied & fitted around 200 square metres of our Bofloor Bofix GL, in Graphite. The joints between tiles were welded to created a sealed finish to complement the flooring – a fabulous transformation even if we do say so ourselves! -Another job completed for our friends at West Midland Safari Park. This time, we’ve fitted BoFloor Bofix GL PVC floor tiles in their cellar areas. BoFloor is the perfect addition to cellars, as well as behind busy bar areas, as they are easy to clean, anti-slip, impermeable, very tough and extremely hard wearing. We’ve been busy up & down the country, working hard on new & improved installations on projects of all shapes & sizes for clients old & new. Take a look below at some of our recently completed jobs… A recently completed project for a Midlands–based builder, where we created a stunning WC area for the visitors to Walsall Mosque. The space has been transformed using Altro Whiterock Wall Designs in Urban Mineral. With internal and external angles thermoformed on site, the curves and grooves were easy to create in this difficult space. Our use of welded joints leaves a flush, seamless finish and Chrome trims around the access panels will allow easy removal & minimal inconvenience should any problems with the plumbing arise in the future. … –
We might have been ‘socially’ quiet over recent months, but rest assured we have been busy beavering away in the background, completing lots of new projects. Here are just a few of the jobs we’ve worked on recently… At Ristorante Sergio, in Chester, we’ve refurbished the kitchen using our Ultima ‘Aspen white’ PVC wall cladding, stainless steel wall cladding and fabricated stainless steel shelving. With added sections around the extraction canopies there were a few tricky shapes to get around on this job. We also removed existing flooring & replaced with new vinyl safety flooring. All works were completed in a tight timescale to enable opening of their new outside dining area. Existing flooring was removed & replaced with new sheet vinyl safety flooring in the kitchen area at Chester Cathedral Cafe. We’ve also lined walls & ceilings with our HFS ‘Ultima’ cladding and fitted new stainless-steel … –
We’re all still hard at work, busy with installations & projects for clients old and new – no rest for the wicked, as they say! Here’s a snippet of some of our latest completed works… We’ve completed a tricky job recently the Portmeirion Pottery factory, in Stoke on Trent. The ‘slip house’ area was in need of a refurbishment before the installation of new equipment. Being a 24/7 factory, we had to carefully plan the works to ensure that the clients daily processes were not interrupted and their product was not contaminated in any way. Due to the ‘irregular’ shapes of the walls and the large amount of existing wall mounted services, we first had to line the walls with metal studwork before applying a combination of 10 mm thick and 2.5 mm thick hygienic PVC wall panels. Aluminium chequer plate was then fitted over the lower section of the PVC wall … –

Here’s just a few jobs we’ve recently completed… At the popular Chalk Coffee, in Chester we fitted HFS Ultima ‘Aspen White’ PVC cladding to walls and ceilings, plus stainless steel wall cladding to the cookline. This was an interesting & tricky job, due to the curved ceilings and bulkheads…but yet another happy customer!
