We’ve recently finished installing grey PVC sheets in a large hotel pool refurbishment. 200 m2 of mid grey Beplas sheets were installed around the perimeter of the pool area, ensuring the space remains hygienic as well as being easy to maintain. Looking forward to seeing the end result, which we think will look great!
-A job completed recently was at our local Village Hall in Waverton, where we helped with the kitchen refurbishment. We installed new Polysafe Vogue Ultra safety flooring, and completed the job by fitting Altro Whiterock Chameleon `Eau De Chic` splashbacks on the walls. -We’ve recently completed works for a Veterinary surgery, based in Durham. HFS Ultima PVC wall cladding was installed to walls in the X-ray, clinic and shower rooms, ensuring a clean hygienic finish. We’ve also used joint strips and an overlapped detail, ready for new vinyl flooring to be fitted.
-A new flagship location for BrewDog – one of their biggest sites to date at 26,000 square foot and spread over 2 floors – is scheduled to open in Summer 2022, in the rejuvenated Waterloo station. We’ve recently installed almost 500 m2 of our HFS Ultima ‘Aspen White’ PVC wall cladding at this newest BrewDog to back of house areas as well as the soon-to-be huge kitchen. All corners are thermoformed and joint strips are used between each sheet, providing a hygienic, easy-clean finish which will last for years to come. We’re looking forward to paying them another visit when they open the doors later this year.
-We’ve been doing some ongoing work for a school and upgrading a large changing room & shower area recently. All works are now ready for the final touches before they re-open after the Easter break. Our Aspen White PVC wall cladding has been installed to both areas, along with Polyflor Polysafe vinyl flooring in Nordic Grey, plus resin flooring to the shower area.
-A recently completed project in central London. We undertook a huge job recently, with the refurbishment of staff kitchen & dining areas at the offices of a well known tech firm in central London. Over 1000m2 of Altro Whiterock White – ‘W103’ was installed, together with hot welded joints. There were plenty of sloping tops to the perimeter walls too, giving our fitters a good challenge – which they successfully completed!
-An ongoing project to share, where works are progressing nicely at an industrial unit in Chester. Initially a blank canvas, we’ve started to transform this empty building into a food production unit that will soon be in full operation. New drainage systems have been installed, as well as newly-built partition walls, new electrical systems, plumbing and we’ve installed over 250m2 of HFS Ultima ‘Aspen White’ PVC wall cladding. Once the protective blue film has been removed, the PVC will create an easy to clean, hygienic finish. New ceilings will be installed above the existing windows to keep the natural light flowing. Next step is the new flooring and suspended ceilings. Watch this space for new updates as they happen!

Take a look below at some of our recently completed jobs… A recently completed project for a Midlands–based builder, where we created a stunning WC area for the visitors to Walsall Mosque. The space has been transformed using Altro Whiterock Wall Designs in Urban Mineral. With internal and external angles thermoformed on site, the curves and grooves were easy to create in this difficult space. Our use of welded joints leaves a flush, seamless finish and Chrome trims around the access panels will allow easy removal & minimal inconvenience should any problems with the plumbing arise in the future. … –
We might have been ‘socially’ quiet over recent months, but rest assured we have been busy beavering away in the background, completing lots of new projects. Here are just a few of the jobs we’ve worked on recently… At Ristorante Sergio, in Chester, we’ve refurbished the kitchen using our Ultima ‘Aspen white’ PVC wall cladding, stainless steel wall cladding and fabricated stainless steel shelving. With added sections around the extraction canopies there were a few tricky shapes to get around on this job. We also removed existing flooring & replaced with new vinyl safety flooring. All works were completed in a tight timescale to enable opening of their new outside dining area. Existing flooring was removed & replaced with new sheet vinyl safety flooring in the kitchen area at Chester Cathedral Cafe. We’ve also lined walls & ceilings with our HFS ‘Ultima’ cladding and fitted new stainless-steel … –
We’re all still hard at work, busy with installations & projects for clients old and new – no rest for the wicked, as they say! Here’s a snippet of some of our latest completed works… We’ve completed a tricky job recently the Portmeirion Pottery factory, in Stoke on Trent. The ‘slip house’ area was in need of a refurbishment before the installation of new equipment. Being a 24/7 factory, we had to carefully plan the works to ensure that the clients daily processes were not interrupted and their product was not contaminated in any way. Due to the ‘irregular’ shapes of the walls and the large amount of existing wall mounted services, we first had to line the walls with metal studwork before applying a combination of 10 mm thick and 2.5 mm thick hygienic PVC wall panels. Aluminium chequer plate was then fitted over the lower section of the PVC wall … –
