We’ve recently completed works for a Veterinary surgery, based in Durham. HFS Ultima PVC wall cladding was installed to walls in the X-ray, clinic and shower rooms, ensuring a clean hygienic finish. We’ve also used joint strips and an overlapped detail, ready for new vinyl flooring to be fitted.
-A new flagship location for BrewDog – one of their biggest sites to date at 26,000 square foot and spread over 2 floors – is scheduled to open in Summer 2022, in the rejuvenated Waterloo station. We’ve recently installed almost 500 m2 of our HFS Ultima ‘Aspen White’ PVC wall cladding at this newest BrewDog to back of house areas as well as the soon-to-be huge kitchen. All corners are thermoformed and joint strips are used between each sheet, providing a hygienic, easy-clean finish which will last for years to come. We’re looking forward to paying them another visit when they open the doors later this year.
-We’ve been doing some ongoing work for a school and upgrading a large changing room & shower area recently. All works are now ready for the final touches before they re-open after the Easter break. Our Aspen White PVC wall cladding has been installed to both areas, along with Polyflor Polysafe vinyl flooring in Nordic Grey, plus resin flooring to the shower area.
-Our friends at Mobberley Brewhouse liked our previous work, we’ve been back – this time at their new production establishment. We’ve recently supplied & fitted around 200 square metres of our Bofloor Bofix GL, in Graphite. The joints between tiles were welded to created a sealed finish to complement the flooring – a fabulous transformation even if we do say so ourselves! -A recently completed project in central London. We undertook a huge job recently, with the refurbishment of staff kitchen & dining areas at the offices of a well known tech firm in central London. Over 1000m2 of Altro Whiterock White – ‘W103’ was installed, together with hot welded joints. There were plenty of sloping tops to the perimeter walls too, giving our fitters a good challenge – which they successfully completed!

Take a look below at some of our recently completed jobs… A recently completed project for a Midlands–based builder, where we created a stunning WC area for the visitors to Walsall Mosque. The space has been transformed using Altro Whiterock Wall Designs in Urban Mineral. With internal and external angles thermoformed on site, the curves and grooves were easy to create in this difficult space. Our use of welded joints leaves a flush, seamless finish and Chrome trims around the access panels will allow easy removal & minimal inconvenience should any problems with the plumbing arise in the future. … –
We’re all still hard at work, busy with installations & projects for clients old and new – no rest for the wicked, as they say! Here’s a snippet of some of our latest completed works… We’ve completed a tricky job recently the Portmeirion Pottery factory, in Stoke on Trent. The ‘slip house’ area was in need of a refurbishment before the installation of new equipment. Being a 24/7 factory, we had to carefully plan the works to ensure that the clients daily processes were not interrupted and their product was not contaminated in any way. Due to the ‘irregular’ shapes of the walls and the large amount of existing wall mounted services, we first had to line the walls with metal studwork before applying a combination of 10 mm thick and 2.5 mm thick hygienic PVC wall panels. This was an interesting & tricky job, due to the curved ceilings and bulkheads…but yet another happy customer! Take a look at what we’ve been up to recently… At The Mason’s Arms, in Grange-Over-Sands, black Bofix GL & R13 tiles were once again chosen for the refurbishment of kitchen and associated food preparation areas at this Robinson’s Brewery pub in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. The black tiles have been completed with a light grey weld to provide a striking, clean environment for the kitchen staff to work in Alto Whiterock W103 & Mint from the Satins range of colours were chosen to brighten up a ward refurbishment … –
Halfway through October already…nearly time for Halloween. Darker evenings are creeping up on us and the end of ‘British Summer Time’ is almost here. It’s already much colder over the last few weeks and at HFS HQ the heating is already fixed in the ‘on‘ position! Although we’re all still battling our way through the current pandemic, we’ve been exceptionally busy here at HFS; here’s a taste of what we’ve been up to… We’ve been working on another project for a longstanding client, at a new build care home in Enfield. HFS Ultima ‘Aspen White’ PVC wall cladding has been installed in a kitchen and food prep area. We used our 2 Part joint strip system throughout with our HFS Ultima 2 Part adhesive to fully bond the sheets to the existing walls.
