The August School holidays typically are a busy time for us at Hygienic Finishing Systems. As with many businesses, we have members of our team taking time off to be with their children, but it’s also when many schools choose to have major works and renovations carried out in their buildings whilst they are closed for the summer, so in our roundup this month you will notice a heavy slant in that sector.

• Education
  • Working with Multifloor we installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding to the kitchen and serving areas at St Michaels Primary School in Wolverhampton, the kitchen area at The Meadows Primary School in Birmingham and to the Block L Kitchen area at The Murray Park School in Derby.
  • We installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding, vinyl flooring and carried out minor building works and alterations to the Kitchen area at St James School in Stockport on behalf of Kitchequip
  • On another project with Kitchequip we installed HFS Ultima White PVC to the Kitchen, Showers and Toilet areas at the Plymouth Grove School in Manchester
  • We supplied and installed Trovex Pistachio wall cladding and new vinyl flooring to the Boys and Girls Toilet facilities at Woodlands Primary School, Ellesmere Port on behalf of Spectrum Interiors

• • At the Intack and Walton Le Dale Primary Schools we supplied and fitted HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding to the Kitchen and Food Preparation areas on behalf of Craig Hambling Construction
  • HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding was installed in the Kitchen and preparation areas at St Edwards Primary School, Lees, Oldham on behalf of J Greenwood Builders.
  • We installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding to the Kitchen and shower areas at the Adult Learning Centre on Jubilee Way in Wakefield on behalf of J Greenwood Builders.
• Eateries
  • We supplied and installed Altro Satins ‘Echo’ wall cladding and new suspended ceiling system to Kitchen and Food Preparation areas at the Murano Restaurant in London.
  • HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding was supplied and installed at the Kitchen and back of house areas at Zizzi Restaurant in the Cathedral Lane Shopping Centre in Coventry and the ASK Restaurant in Lands Lane in Leeds on behalf of GB Projects.
  • HFS Ultima White PVC, Vitality ‘Mushroom’ PVC and Aluminum chequerplate wall cladding was installed into the Kitchen area at Wagamama Restaurant, Putney on behalf of RTS Contracts.
  • We installed vinyl flooring, suspended ceiling and lights to the new kitchen at The Old Bank Restaurant, Westerham on behalf of CCE Group.
  • HFS Ultima White, Vitality ‘Mushroom’ and Stainless-Steel wall cladding was installed to the Kitchen, Preparation Areas and Juice Bar at the newly refurbished Wagamama, High Street, Putney on behalf of RTS Contracts
  • HFS Ultima White PVC, Vitality ‘Black Olive’ PVC, Stainless Steel wall cladding and Bofloor Bofix Graphite tiles to the new build Hickorys Smokehouse in Cripplegate Park, Worcester – on behalf of IB Construction

  • At the new build Atrium Hotel at Heathrow Airport we installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding with welded joints to the Kitchen and associated areas on behalf of the CCE Group
• Sporting Venues
  • HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding was installed to the toilets, shower areas and changing rooms at the new Bournville Rugby Club in Edgbaston, Birmingham on behalf of Logmoor.
  • We installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding, Stainless Steel cladding, suspended ceilings and Bofloor flooring to the Ambassador Suite Kitchen at Old Trafford (Manchester United FC) on behalf of Catering Projects
  • On behalf of Catering Facilities Engineers Limited we installed HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding to the new Champagne Bar at Goodwood Racecourse.

In addition we supplied HFS Ultima White PVC wall cladding to the new Kitchen areas at Llys Raddington Care Home, Feather Street, Flint on behalf of Anwyl Construction, and HFS Ultima Pastels ‘Ammonite’ wall cladding and new vinyl flooring to the showers, washrooms and changing areas at Bemosh Jewish Religious Centre in Salford on behalf of Spectrum Interiors.
